How to Use This Tool

  1. Enter the child's Date of Birth and the Date of Testing.
  2. Optionally filter by Context (neuropsychological, school, adult) and Domain.
  3. Click Check Eligibility to see all tests classified as Appropriate, Borderline, or Outside Range.
  4. Review the suggested battery components at the bottom of the results.

Important: Always verify age eligibility in the actual test manual. Norms may have additional subtest-level restrictions not captured here.

Borderline Ages

Tests marked Borderline are within 2 months of the stated age range boundary. In these cases, check the test manual carefully — some tests have overlapping forms (e.g., WPPSI-IV and WISC-V both norm ages 6:0–7:7) and the clinician should select the most appropriate instrument based on the referral question and the child's functional level.
